Alison brings more than 10 years of experience as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with a background that includes primary care, hospital medicine, addiction medicine, aesthetics, and wellness. While her experience is impressive, what stood out to us most is how closely her philosophy of care aligns with ours.
At Optimal BioHealth, we believe healthcare should be about more than managing symptoms. Our goal is to help people feel better, stay active, and enjoy life to the fullest. Alison shares that vision. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, listens carefully, and creates treatment plans that are personalized, practical, and backed by evidence.
Alison has a special interest in restorative and regenerative medicine. She enjoys helping patients improve their quality of life through non-surgical treatments that support healing, improve function, and promote long-term wellness.
